- Pillsbury Crescent Rolls: The base of the sandwich, giving it a flaky, buttery crust. Using refrigerated dough makes this recipe quick and easy.
- Ranch Dressing: Adds creaminess and flavor to each bite. If you’re a ranch fan, this ingredient is a must!
- Deli Turkey: Thinly sliced deli turkey gives the sandwich a hearty filling. You can also try ham or roast beef for variety.
- Cheddar Cheese: Cheddar adds a sharp, melty layer of cheese. You can swap for other cheeses like mozzarella or Swiss for a different flavor.

- Ranch Seasoning: Sprinkling ranch seasoning on top adds extra flavor and brings everything together.
How To Make Baked Crescent Sandwiches
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Useful Tips for Recipe Success
- Use parchment paper to make lifting and slicing the sandwiches easier after baking.
- Seal the edges of the dough tightly to prevent the cheese from oozing out while baking.
- Keep an eye on the top during the last 10 minutes of baking to make sure it doesn’t get too dark.
- Swap the cheese to your favorite, like Monterey Jack or Provolone, for a different flavor twist.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing to let the cheese set and make it easier to cut.
Storing Leftovers
If you have any leftover Turkey and Cheese Baked Crescent Sandwiches, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. When reheating, pop them in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes to crisp up the dough again, or use a microwave for a quicker option, although the bread may not stay as crispy.
For longer storage, wrap individual slices in foil and freeze for up to 2 months – just thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in the oven before serving.
