Celebrate Easter with this refreshing and fun Raspberry Bunny Colada made with frozen raspberries, pineapple, coconut, and rum! It’s also garnished with frozen raspberries, and Peeps bunny marshmallows.
If you’re looking for a new and fun cocktail to try this spring, this is it! This fruity pina colada cocktail is so easy to make, all you need is a blender and a few basic ingredients.
Once you try it, this easy springtime cocktail is going to become a new favorite! It’s simple, refreshing, and can be easily turned into a mocktail if desired.
The Ingredients
- Pineapple: Frozen pineapple works best here! Its flavor is as good as fresh pineapple, but when it’s frozen it will give you that slushy frosty texture that you love in Piña Colada. If you’re not after the blended frozen slushy texture and prefer the shaken with ice version then you can substitute the pineapple chunks with pineapple juice.
- Cream of coconut: Use cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez as it gives the best flavor for Piña Colada. If you can’t find it, just use coconut milk (full-fat) and sweeten it with simple syrup (see below).
- Rum: White rum and golden rum, or a mix of both are the most popular choices in a pina colada.
- Raspberries: Go for frozen or fresh raspberries to add fruity flavor and color to your cocktail.
- Ice cubes: For blended frozen drinks!
