Air Fryer Pizza Bombs are easy-to-make, cheesy bites wrapped in biscuit dough and cooked to golden perfection. They’re perfect for a quick snack, party appetizer, or game day treat.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
Separate each biscuit into two pieces by gently pulling them apart.
Using kitchen scissors or a knife, cut the pepperoni into 1/4 sections.
Slice the mozzarella into small cubes, roughly the same size as the pepperoni pieces.
Place one piece of pepperoni and one mozzarella cube in the center of each piece of biscuit dough.
Carefully pinch the edges of the dough together to fully enclose the filling. Then, gently roll the dough into a ball.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe dish, heating it in short intervals until fully melted. Mix in the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Arrange the dough balls in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave enough space around each one so they can cook evenly. Brush each dough ball with the butter mixture, coating them thoroughly.
Cook the dough balls in the air fryer for 4-6 minutes. Once they start to brown, carefully flip them over to brown the other side.
Cook for another 4 minutes. If they still appear light in color, cook for an additional 2 minutes before flipping again.
Notes
Custom Toppings: Swap pepperoni for other favorites like cooked sausage or extra cheese.
Seal Well: Pinch the dough edges tightly to keep the filling inside.
Reheat Crisp: For best results, reheat in the air fryer rather than the microwave.
Store: Keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
