Celebrate Easter with this refreshing and fun Raspberry Bunny Colada made with frozen raspberries, pineapple, coconut, and rum! It's also garnished with frozen raspberries, and Peeps bunny marshmallows.
Ingredients
2oz.white rum
6oz.pineapple juice
½oz.coconut cream
1cupfrozen raspberries
½cupice cubes
Frozen raspberries and peepsfor garnish
Instructions
In your blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, raspberries, and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite cocktail glasses, and garnish with extra fresh raspberries (optional) and a marshmallow peep!
Notes
If you can’t find cream of coconut (Coco Lopez), substitute it with coconut milk (full fat) and sweeten your drink with a simple syrup.
