High speed blender or food processor
Ingredients
1bananafrozen or fresh
1 cup (225 grams)pineapplefrozen or fresh
1cup (67 grams)kalefrozen or fresh
1teaspoonchia seeds
1cupwater or nut milk
1teaspoonspirulina powderoptional
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. Don't add all of the liquid at once, as adding it gradually will ensure that you get the desired consistency.
Notes
You need a blender, or you can use a food processor if you don't have a blender. But a blender if preferred here.
This smoothie is naturally sweet and doesn't need to be sweetened, as the banana and the pineapple add sweetness to the smoothie.
