Super creamy and flavorful avocado cilantro dressing to drizzle over roasted veggies, pasta salads, or rice bowls.
This recipe uses very simple ingredients and it's ready in just 5 minutes!

Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the consistency by adding more water, and adjust seasoning (salt and lime juice) to your preference.
Notes
Store this dressing in a sealed container or glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
