Combine frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, and water in the Instant Pot. Secure the lid and set the valve to the “sealing” position. Select ‘Pressure Cook’ on ‘Normal’ and ‘High Pressure’ settings. Set the timer for 4 minutes.
